Healthy Living
Kripalu
Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health is a nonprofit educational organization and retreat center that teaches optimal living for the whole person: body, mind and spirit. The Kripalu website is a treasure trove of articles about yoga, mindfulness and related topics, and also offers a calendar of workshops and retreats. I especially enjoy the writing of Stephen Cope, author of Yoga and the Quest for the True Self and director of the Kripalu Center for Extraordinary Living.
Yoga Journal
The definitive magazine about yoga, covering everything from the anatomy of individual poses to strategies for embracing the spirit of yoga in your life off the mat. Their podcasts are helpful for those interested in developing a home yoga practice.
